We (landlords) are a family that lives upstairs with our friendly aging Labrador adding to security, and our availability and interest in keeping the place well maintained. There is also access to an outside clothesline and shared dryer.

The area is in zone for Wellington College, Karori Normal and Wellington Girls (as well as a number of other good schools) and is close to cafes, supermarkets, bookshops, pharmacies, takeaways, hairdressers, medical practices, parks/walks, Zealandia, and a good bus route.
