It is fully furnished, is cosy and warm with double glazing, air conditioning and heating, full kitchen and laundry (combo washer + dryer) as well as outdoor patio with bbq and dining, and catches beautiful afternoon sun.

There is unlimited WIFI and an office nook in the living room with an office chair, a wall-mounted monitor (height adjustable) and HDMI port - just bring your own device to connect! The screen is big enough for watching streamed TV from the couch using this setup. Kitchen is fully equipped and with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, airfryer, gas hob/electric oven, rangehood (must be used when cooking), other small appliances and most bakeware. There is also a bbq.

Pantry is stocked with everyday items, on a replace what you use (like-for-like) basis.

Bathroom & linen set can be supplied if required. Everyday items like cleaning items/products will be supplied initally.

There is a set of stairs to access the property. Carparking is below the house (off-street space will fit only a small car). Access the rental apartment from the street is shared with the top living level, as is the backyard.
