This comfortable house is comprised of two domes connected by a corridor. One dome is the living area with open plan kitchen/dining and lounge. There is also a laundry.

The second dome has two double bedrooms, a small single bedroom, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet.

The living area opens to a private, sheltered garden area on the north side of the house.

The kitchen works well with plenty of bench space and excellent storage. It has a double dishdrawer and wall oven.

The domes are made from a polystyrene shell covered with reinforced concrete. They are very well insulated and remain a comfortable temperature in summer and winter. There is a heat pump and a night store heater for winter warmth.

The house is a healthy house with a “Cleanaire” heat exchange ventilation system. The air in the house will stay clean and dry even when all the windows are closed.

The location is very handy, being close to the Epuni railway station, the Hutt hospital and two sets of local shops, including a dairy, takeaways and a café. It is a few minutes drive to the Hutt City center.
