- Payment required in advance: 1x week Rent + 2x weeks rent as BOND
- Rent is for one person, additional person would add $30 per week

- Maximum allowable people is up to 2 tenants
- No Pets - sorry
- We're looking for a long term tenant/s
- The move in date is negotiable to bring it forward but no later than that.
