On the peninsula, close to both beaches, golf course and within walking or biking distance to the CBD ferry. Ex AirBnB fully furnished all expenses included poolhouse with shared access to the solar heated pool. Expenses include power, water, Netflix and unlimited gigabit fibre. 55" UHD TV. Off street parking and limited storage space included. The poolhouse is a fully standalone apartment on the same site as our family home with shared stairway access.

Looking for short term rental up to four weeks. Quiet pets OK - but worth noting that the road is fairly busy if you have cats that like to wander. Unfortunately we do not currently have laundry facilities on site and the unit is not wired to an external aerial ~ standard television access via Three/TVNZ apps on Apple TV.

The pool house is very much like a good sized hotel room. Ideal for single occupancy but any more and it becomes quite cosy for long term dwelling, hence the shorter rental period requested.
