This has been our much loved family home for the last 6 years and we are hoping to find someone who will love it as much as we have.

It has 3 large double rooms all with their own built-in double wardrobes and two bathrooms (1 shower/bath). The Master is exceptionally big and boasts a walk in wardrobe. It has a panasonic heat pump which keeps everything nice and snug in winter (and cool in summer).

The outside area is fully fenced and dog proof (thats right we are pet friendly). We are very proud of our garden and have numerous fruit trees (Feijoa, plum, lemon and lime) as well as a large vege garden. There as a recently installed louvered roof over a concrete outdoor area which means it is BBQ time all year round.

You will find yourself within walking distance of Dressmart, One Tree Hill, Jellicoe park, Taumanu Reserve and lots of small parks and playgrounds dotted around the neighbourhood. Te Papapa and Onehunga train stations are also within easy walking or biking distance for adventures into the city.
