Looking tenant on behalf of the owner, as we are relocating and therefore leaving before the 1 year agreement (which means someone can move in with a 5 months agreement until july to complete our time, but the landlord is also happy with a longer contract). We are still living here, so we are going to be showing the house, and select the proper candidate according to the landlord expectations.

The house is in a really good and tidy condition.

2 marriage rooms and one single room (but still big enough for bed, furniture and additional space). Besides the garage (1 car) and the exterior parkings (2 cars), there is always space available on the street near the house if more parking is necessary.

Really near to local shops, including local grocery stores, laundry, meat store, liquor store, and Fraser Cove at 2 minutes by car. The beautiful Yatton Park is at a walking distance.

The weekly price is 650 (up to 4 people), but the landlord also agreed to leave it on 600 if you are just 2 people.

Pets are allowed but that would include pet bond.
