I'm looking at renting out only one of the bedrooms in this beautiful 4 bedroom house.The bedrooms are large double bedrooms with built in wardrobes and theirs an addition office space for the lucky people who work from home. The house is fully furnished. Only one person is living here at the moment.
The house is tidy, well kept and not far from town and shops, has ample private on property parking down the end of a shared driveway. The house backs on to a stream and the low noise of it is very peaceful.

Each Room is $220 a week per person, which includes power and internet. the house is healthy homes certified!
The kitchen has all the normal stuff a fridge,Dishwasher,plates, cutlery, pots and pans etc. Lounge has couches and a TV set up with (fibre) wifi through the whole home so screen or study time time wont be an issue.

Ideal renters are clean and tidy and pay rent on time.
Please no pets.
The house is fenced (broke the gate on my first day here Yay) but not ideal for cats and dogs. Will consider it if you have something cool like fish or birds.
