There is no lawn to mow, a private rear courtyard, and limited off street parking. The house available for rent is the first house, #1. You are welcome to wander down the drive to view the house for rent, as you can't see it from the road, but please don't disturb current tenants. Bond is four weeks rent of $1,680 plus one week's rent payable in advance of $420. Total amount due before move in will be $2,100.
