I have 1 sunny room in a 2 bedroom house, available for rent in Te Atutu South, just a couple minutes from the western motorway.

One existing flatmate, female, mid 30's, professional looking for someone in their 30's, social but not a party house, clean and tidy and in full time work.

The house is fully insulated ( walls , floor and ceiling ) so stays nice and warm with the heat pump. It has a great sunny deck in the summer & space for a veg garden out back.

The warm is bright with plenty of windows, warm and cosy and easily fits a queen bed and draws. It also has a double wardrobe.

Note - the room does not come furnished.

The house is fully equipped with a brand new double door fridge freezer, 65" TV, couch, dining table, brand new washer dryer.

The house also has a double garage so it may be possible to store some items here for the right person.

The house also has a cat called Buddy, hes pretty awesome and mostly keeps to himself.
