Three bedrooms plus office/baby room/storage room. One bedroom is a good size. The other two are small bedrooms.
This house is a 1920’s house that is old but tidy. We are doing a bit of painting so interior photos to come.
There is a small food forest in the front yard with:
Apples, plums, nashi, oranges, mandarins, cherries, feijoas, black currants, strawberries, nectarines, peaches, guavas, hazelnuts, persimmon, asparagus, passionfruit, Japanese wineberries.
The back yard has plenty of space to run around and also has three good sized garden beds, a chook run with chook house, fenced area for a pop up pool, banana grove, 8 avocado trees of different varieties, boysenberries, raspberries, passionfruit, oranges, mandarins, feijoas, figs, lemon/lime tree, grapefruit.
We will have gear stored in most of the garage and will partition of a small part at the front for you to use. It will have its own light and power source.
This house can come partially furnished. You can let us know what you’d like to use and we’ll store the rest.
The location is excellent. It’s a few minutes walk to Cornwall park, Nelson skatepark, the supermarket, medical centre and schools. The street is quite and not a through road.
The fruit trees will be pruned yearly. The whole property is organic and we’d like it to stay that way. Please only apply if you agree to maintain this and not spray glyphosate and other pesticides and chemicals.
