I'm looking for a tenant to live with me in my apartment, which will be completed and ready for settlement on the 2nd September. It is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Albany. I am 29, male.

The apartment is:
- 5 min walk to Albany bus stop
- 5 min walk to Albany Mall
- 10 min walk to Albany Megacentre

The room is approximately 2.7m x 3m, and comes with its own wardrobe as shown in the photos. It is unfurnished. There are two bathrooms; one is next to the room up for rent, the other is in the room I am staying in. I will only use my own, so the 2nd bathroom is effectively free for you to use.

All appliances (washer/dryer, fridge, oven, microwave etc) will be free for you to use, and all utilities are already included in the price (water, power, fibre internet). There is no extra underground parking, so if you own a car it will be up to you to find suitable parking spaces around the building. Some pets would be ok; would have to discuss specifics.
