the cottage sits within an estate which runs two tourist rentals. the successful applicant must be able to provide skilled cleaning/ laundry services to both. The low rental reflects this requirement. typically cleaning/ laundry duties will entail 6 to 12 hours per week depending on time of year. A fair rate for the above will be paid.

the characterful cottage lies 5 km north from whangamata township, It was fully renovated in 2014. It has a spacious open lounge and dining room three good size bedrooms and a covered generous deck running the full length. There is a generous galley kitchen with gas hob/ electric oven and fridge freezer. It has a seperate laundry with cupboards sink and F&P washing machine /dryer.
The bathroom has a bath with shower above washbasin and toilet. There is a also seperate toilet . The cottage has good storage space. Heating is provided by an 8kw wood burner. It has a HRV anti condensation unit. Water is free being provided from the farm supply.
The cottage is semi furnished but can be upgraded to fully furnished if required.
