It would be great if you had a single A4 sheet with photo with a bit about yourself, your renting history and landlord references including the address they relate to.

This flat has a brand new kitchen, new carpet curtains and repainted.
Ideally we would prefer just one occupant but a couple is OK too. There is a Carpark available for an extra $60 per week.

Comes with washer dryer combo in the kitchen but no dishwasher sadly.
