* Utilities are set up already to make it nice and easy. This includes Power, Fibre Internet, Sky TV (basic and sports channels) and Gas hot water. The cost for the utilities will be charged at $100 per week on top of the weekly rent amount. If you would prefer to make your own arrangements for utilities then this is open for discussion.

Available from the 15 June 2024 until the end of September 2024 however there is some flexibility on these dates.

Would suit a family who are looking for something short term who are in between selling and buying their home. We will consider shorter or longer term for the right tenants and are happy to be flexible if a periodic tenancy helps tenants who have other moving parts and are not sure on exact dates etc.

Will provide more photos soon but as the tenants are currently living in the property we are not able to provide photos of the bedrooms and dining room. If you would like to organise a viewing of the property the tenants are happy for us to show people through the property and are very flexible.
