3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. Large enclosed back yard, close to the beach, parks, supermarkets and schools.
House is fully furnished, all white ware, x3 tvs, x2 double beds, chairs, tables, heaters, fireplace, everything down to crockery and kitchen utensils.
I would 'prefer' no furniture of your own in the house. Just bring your clothes and bedding.
Garage will have a few stored boxes but plenty of room to store your own stuff.

As the house is on the market there will be the occasional private viewing by a real estate agent, you will be given notice before this happens and it will be kept to a minimum to avoid disruption.

Bond is 3 weeks rent $1860 and 1 weeks rent $650 in advance.
Broadband internet Wifi is available for a additional charge
Water, council rubbish bins is INCLUDED in the rent.
Pay for your own power on a pre-existing power connection.
Must have good rental references, clean, tidy and considerate.
Cats are ok, small dogs are negotiable. Smoking outside only.
