This is an older but tidy cottage on a 5 acre lifestyle block in the beautiful Waiwera Valley (15 mins South of Puhoi). Only 7 minutes from the Millwater interchange on tar seal and 5 minutes from Waiwera on metal and tar seal.

Fully self contained. Metered power is read monthly. Free unlimited broadband (an expander from main dwelling has an excellent connection) and great mobile coverage. Tank water.

There is a double bedroom and smaller single bedroom both with built in wardrobes. Shower is in the bathroom and a washing machine is included. If needed, a Fridge / freezer is supplied and the cottage can be semi furnished.

Efficient wood burner. Decent sized kitchen and separate 'scullery'.

Me and my two great kids live in the main dwelling. I think we are friendly, quiet, respectful and adaptable. We keep to ourselves.

Looking for easy going tenants who are non smokers and want to enjoy all this valley lifestyle has to offer.

Access to the Waiwera river is adjacent and it is great for kayaking. Kayak to the beach or it is a pleasant 20min bike ride.
