Looking to rent our spacious, tidy two story house in a large corner section. The house has two rooms upstairs with great views of the Hakarimatas. The downstairs is a large open room with a lounge, dining room, and kitchen with a new dishwasher. With new carpet, wallpaper, and a new bathroom/toilet, the house is very tidy and well kept.

A new heat pump/AC unit was installed last year and keeps the house nice and warm in the winter and cool in the summer. We also put in a new roof and outside cladding.

The house is tucked away at the end of a cul-de-sac and it's a nice quiet home that's off the main street. It's a quick 20 min to Hamilton and only 15 to Te Rapa, otherwise you're 5 min from Ngaruawahia town centre.

The section is large and fully fenced with a big lawn and lots of fruit trees (fig, lemon, plum, feijoa, orange). And there's space for a vegetable garden if you'd like.

It also has a two car garage for parking or storage, and more space out front for off-street parking.

Move in date is negotiable, so let us know what works for you. We're also open to discussing pets.
