For rent is a peaceful & private detached cottage with lock up garage on our family's Welcome Bay property.

The Cottage has been recently renovated, it has brand new carpet, top end appliances and is of a high quality finish throughout.

Electricity is separately metered and would be charged at an agreed upon rate however as mentioned above Internet, Gas Hot Water, Grounds Maintenance, Water Rates & Rubbish Disposal are included in the weekly rent.

The surrounding grounds (Lawn/Gardens) are taken care of by our family and are not included as part of the rental.

The Cottage is next door to our family home however we wish to communicate that is very private and separate from the main house and we will respect your privacy and space at all times, treating the cottage as if it was a neighbouring home, we ask you do the same.

It borders a forested area and two rural properties, it is a very quiet and peaceful place.

It is a short walk down to the local bus stop and Welcome Bay Shops are at the bottom of the road.
