We are looking for tenants able to move in on Monday 31 March, for a minimum of 12 months. There will be a 12 month lease, and bond. The tenants are responsible for their own electricity and wi-fi, and the landlord pays for the security lighting of the outside paths and in the hallways, and for the two washing machines which are in a laundry shared by all the apartments.
