The flat has a combined living and kitchen, It has its own fully fenced courtyard area with a shed for storage and bikes. There is another area that can be used to grow veggies and has a compost bin. The house is located on a quiet back section and is elevated for sun.

The previous tenants lived here for 12 years. This flat has just had a BIG makeover, including new kitchen with appliances including washing machine, and will be ready to move into in 2 - 3 weeks.

What is awesome about this flat:
- It is pet friendly, all pets considered
- The main bedroom is a really good size (approx 4mx4m)
- Lots of new, quality appliances. No one else's undies have been in the washing machine.

Things that are less awesome about this flat:
- Second bedroom is not huge, but it does fit a queen size bed and it has a double glazed window.
- The exterior of the house is a bit rumpty and needs a paint. The upside of this is that should any robbers be looking for a house to break into, they will avoid this house and go to the posh houses nearby.
- On-street parking for cars, but motorbikes, scooters and bikes can be parked on site.
- There are some steps - not loads, maybe 20
