This fully furnished flat (even has linen) has been renovated and is warm and comfortable with a Heat pump and heaters in the bedrooms. A ventilation system ensures the air is clean and fresh. Up to four tenants.

Close to bush, it is quiet and private but just a 5 minute walk to the shops in Tawa including a supermarket, subway, cafes and many more.

The train is just at the end of the shops. Only about 10 minutes’ walk. Gets to Wellington in 15 minutes or Porirua in a shorter time.

What is included:
Internet-password (not modem). It is unlimited and fast. we also have a wifi extender which sends internet to all corners of the flat.

It is furnished right down to the last teaspoon so no need to bring anything but your belongings!
TV, lounge furniture, small dining table and chairs, coffee table, queen bed, two singles, bedside tables in each room, chest of drawers in each bedroom. Wardrobe in master room.
Washing machine and vented dryer- both near new. Washing tub.
New carpet, new vinyl in kitchen, blinds and/or curtains on windows,
Heat pump and ventilation system, heater in bathroom, econo heaters in bedrooms
Large pantry, storage in cylinder cupboard, storage in large cupboards in lounge

Excellent landlord who takes care of all maintenance quickly.

Deck just outside the master bedroom with lovely morning sun. Private and quiet.
Easy off-street parking possibly could fit two cars. Washing line on deck and a rotary up the steps to the large sloped grassed fenced area.
