With Solar Hot Water Heating, insulation, an HRV, a heat pump and a panel heater in each bedroom you'll be warm and dry. There are two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, a living area, a lovely large entry, a kitchen large enough to fit a small dining table and a bathroom/laundry with a separate toilet room.

Whiteware included - Washing machine, stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher.

If you'd like a vegie garden, that can be arranged.

It's a "no smoking" house.
