Earthsong Eco-neighbourhood is an innovative urban cohousing development and a model of socially and environmentally sustainable urban living.
This lovely north facing, one mezzanine bedroom, upstairs apartment with a balcony is available at Earthsong.  It is light and warm and has a picturesque view. A dishwasher, range-hood and large closet is included.
Residents share common facilities such as a Common House, guest room, laundry, woodwork workshop, yoga room, children’s play areas, organic vegetable gardens and orchard.  As members of the Earthsong community we all play a part in decision making and managing our common facilities. By co-operating together, we get to know each other well and create a friendly neighbourhood.

Move in costs: Bond (three weeks’ rent) plus two week’s rent in advance.
Utilities (Wi-Fi, water, power,) extra, but generally lower than outside of Earthsong.
Transport: One car space.  Train station ten minutes’ walk.
Minimum: 12 months fixed term
No pets or smokers
Max. number of tenants: TWO. Rent for one person is $370. Rent for two people is $390. (Bond for two is $1170.)
Prospective tenants will be credit and reference checked.
