We are looking for tenants who would like to move in asap. Rooms are available if you would like to rent separately with below prices:

* Ensuite master bedroom with bathroom: $500 per week included everything.
* Couple bedroom 1 or 2: $450 included unlimited internet and water. Power will be shared by the end of each month.
* 1 slot of carpark is available for rent at an additional cost of $50 per week.
* Move in cost is 2 weeks bond and 1 week rent in advance.
* Minimum lease 3 months.
