Our cottage is perfectly located in Mt Victoria, Wellington with off street parking for one small car.
The cottage had the same lovely tenants for 4 years and is now a little tired but clean.
We are planning a major renovation however this will not happen until at least July 2022 due to the current construction industry issues so we have decided to rent out for a short period if it will help someone out.
There is a good sized double room with wardrobe and a small single room or study. This place really just suits a single occupancy or a couple.
