Fully Furnished House in Mount Maunganui
June 15th - September 5th

We are looking to rent our house out from June to September. The house is fully furnished and is based on Ranch Road, two roads away from the beach and Omanu shops (dairy, fish & Chips, Surf Road Cafe & Restaurant). Omanu Primary & Mount College are a 100m walk and Mount Intermediate is only a couple of roads away.

New World (supermarket) is a 15 minute walk or a 3 minute drive. As well as all the shops at Central Parade available.

Bayfair a 5 minute drive, 10 minute drive to the base of Mount Maunganui.

Our property is fully fenced in and we are open to a dog (1 x large dog or 2 x small dogs) as we have dogs. (This needs to be discussed)

3 bedrooms (1 x King bed, 1 x Queen bed. Third bedroom has a cot in it but this can be swapped out for a single or double bed)
1 bathroom
1 toilet (seperate)
Washing Machine & Dryer, Dishwasher, TV, Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, heating etc
Great outdoor area (large deck) lounge doors open out on to.
