The tenants and the landlord all get on well as a community so you need to be able to live and get on with other people.
A great place for a solo woman or young woman who likes security and wants to walk in safety. All gates need to be locked at night and when no one home. Each person has their own security key to allow them to come and go.
Your landlords are friendly but not in your face people, who do care for their tenants and our tenants also look out for us. We expect the rent to be paid on time each week and there will be no wild parties.
Absolutely no pets so if you think you would like a pet don't apply, as we value our stocks safety and our wildlife eg quail and fantails.
We supply water for cleaning and showering but recommend the beautiful spring water from the top of the Kaimai Range for consuming.
