We are looking for someone to take over our lease (runs through until Feb 2022) for our sunny 1 bedroom flat in Mt Vic. An awesome location only a 2 min walk from Courtenay Place. Gas stove and hot water mean our electric bills have been super cheap! We have loved living here but unfortunately now have the need for a slightly bigger place. There is affordable coupon parking on the street.

3 weeks bond and first week's rent in advance + a credit check is required to take over the lease.
