This lovely renovated three bedroom house is available for a short term tenancy due to the fact that the property will be sold later in the year. I am unable to give an exact date as to when that will be and the house may be available for a longer period of time but I would feel uncomfortable about telling tenants its a long term tenancy and then have to turn around and give them notice when the property is due to be sold.

There is a large back yard and we have had previous tenants who have had dogs and I am open to tenants with animals. The backyard is not fenced though so any dogs would have to be tied to a leash to stop them from visiting the neighbours.
