Our new build one bedroom home is only a year old and is a second dwelling on the front of our property. Sunny North facing deck, Polished concrete floors, designer kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom has a generous wardrobe, double gazing and heat pump.
Unlike most one beds our little home has a full size oven and induction cooktop. Fridge, washing machine also included. Note furniture in photos not included.
It's a great alternative to an apartment and without the noise and privacy issues of a granny flat.

Pets negotiable. We have a large dog on the back property who is not cat friendly, so unfortunately we cannot accept cats (including indoors).
