$400 a week or $420 for a couple.

The flat has its own power meter and hot water cylinder so your power is separate to the main house and you won't need to worry about running out of hot water with the 3 of us upstairs.

This flat is underneath the main house with your very own two separate entries so totally private to you.

Situated in Manly, just a short flat 10 minute walk to Big Manly Beach, 10 minute walk to the Plaza where there is Countdown, City Fitness Gym, shops and Paraoa Brewery and the Beer Spot and just a couple minutes drive to the Manly shops. Bus stops for busses 982 and 983 are just at the top or bottom of the street.

We are a small working family. Myself, Husband and stepdaughter. I work from home. We're pretty quiet during the week and most weekends. We occasionally have BBQs or beach days with friends and/or family and will welcome you to join us any time so you can feel a part of the family too. Otherwise we are happy to leave you to your own privacy as well.

No pets as we already have 2 cats in the main house. The cats don't go into the flat as they can be anxious of people, but you are welcome to try friend them if they take a liking to you.

No smokers.

We currently have a family member living in the flat but are flexible with moving dates.
