I am unfortunately moving out of this beautiful apartment and now the search begins to find another lucky person/s to move in.

Location
Location, location, location! This apartment is perfect for everyone who loves Wellington city and all the restaurants and fun it offers. You are opposite the James Cook hotel- so 2 minutes from Lambton Quay, Countdown, McDonalds, and so so much more. (10 minute walk to get coffee and walk around the harbour on summer evenings too:) )

Apartment
The apartment had a lounge/kitchen area, seperate bathroom(with a tub!) and seperate bedroom (big enough for a king bed) with built in double wardrobe and drawers. the kitchen has a fridge, kettle, toaster. You will need to source your own washing machine(please let me know if you need one).

Rent/Bills/Landlord
Rent is $470 per week. The apartment has fibre installed and ready to go, so just call your provider and high speed internet is all yours! Bills range between $70-$120 per month for power (depending on usage- I have had a washer/dryer installed that's used a lot of power). Your landlord is a lovely lady who is easy to get in touch, and always here to help with any questions or queries. Standard 3 monthly inspections and expectations to treat the home with love and care.

Ideal tenants
Ideally we are looking for a professional working couple who work in the city. If you are tired of the public transport and traffic and want to be able to walk to work in the morning and walk to the restaurants on the way home too, then get in touch!
