Available for up to 2 occupants due to septic system. We are looking for house proud, reliable, honest, friendly person/couple who have their own transport. There is no public transport in the vicinity. Cat negotiable, sorry absolutely no dogs, there is a farm dog on the property and the house is not fenced. No smoking.
