Great place for a "single" person, you get your quiet space to yourself, or if you enjoy some banter, there is always someone in the common Lounge area.....There are beaches 5 minutes stroll away. Orewa town centre and the beach is a good 15 mins walk, or the bus stop is right outside if you don't feel like walking.

Water, Electricity and High-Speed Wifi (900/500 Fiber Max Internet) included. All units have a newly installed Heatpump and Healthy homes check done. A shared living area, dining and kitchen with lots of fridge and freezer storage space.
