Unit has one large and one smaller bedroom with a bathroom between them, an open planned lounge / kitchen area with breakfast bar / counter. Kitchen is fully equipped except there is no oven, a small counter-top oven is provided as is an electric fry pan, microwave, fridge / freezer and washing machine. There is a large deck area. Access is separate to the main house and is wheelchair friendly Two off-street carparks are available for the unit as well.

Ideal tenant would be employed, quiet, tidy and respectful. Unit is to be rented un-furnished, images show furniture for sizing only.

The weekly rent of $440 does not cover any bills and as the unit is on the same electrical circuit as the main house an additional $50 per week will be added to the $440 rent which covers all bills including power, water and broadband internet. Power use is to be moderate only and an additional charge for excessive power use (lots of electric heaters etc.) will be charged. Note that the additional payment of $50 is required every week even if you are away on holiday. This is calculated as $30 for power, $15 for unlimited broadband and $5 to maintain the water system.

Moving in costs are two weeks rent in advance ( including bill payments) and one week’s bond. Proof of employment and references are required. Smoker OK on deck only.

Suits a maximum of two tenants i.e. 2 singles or a couple with a spare room. Other arrangements may be considered on merit.
