The 45m2 insulated self-contained furnished unit. Set in the bush but is close to main house. Its close to bush walks and beaches. Included with the unit is new fold out couch, bed, fridge, oven, microwave and heat pump, equipped kitchen gear. There is one bedroom with an area up stair that can be used as second bedroom for short term guests, or storage are, it has a low roof.

Included in rent costs are water and Wi-Fi. Power is measured and you are charger for what you use (average person its about 20/month).

This place is not recommended for those people heavily dependant on the internet. Internet is available and works well 80% of the time there are period where it cuts out. We will not consider smokers and people with pets. You will need a car. We are not WINZ registered.
