With a recently renovated laundry, doing the washing is a joy.

There is a large kitchen and lounge area that is great for eating, relaxing and chatting. In the warmer months, nothing beats opening the doors onto the decks and letting the breeze run through the house while you watch the children play in the yard or entertain guests around the BBQ.

Plenty of storage in the home, but the double garage really is the star. Surfboards, bikes, camping gear, chest freezer, it’ll all fit and you’ll be able to park a car (or a JetSki ;)) in there. In front of the double garage is enough parking for 2 more cars as well.
