It's a lovely flat with a nice view of the city, tons of natural light and great afternoon/evening sun. Very close and walkable to town as well as close bus stops for the number 2 bus, among others.

It's on a quiet street, right against the tree line of Mt Vic so there's lots of birds and it feels like you've got a bit of peace and quiet despite the proximity to the city centre. One off street carpark!

Electric heater, dry with good ventilation and amenities. It doesn't come with the fridge or washing machine but we'd be happy to sell these on to the next tenant for a good price.
