We are looking for the just the right people to move in to what has been out family home for the past seven years.

The house has a small footprint (approx. 100sqm), but has been fully renovated inside to make the most of the space. There is also an outdoor room that we use as an office and spare room for guests (this is not consented).

The section is large, and in a beautiful spot with an incredible view of the Waimapu Estuary. There is also plenty of privacy. We have added a large deck to extend the living space.

The house is fully insulated (walls, ceiling and under floor). There is a large heat pump in the living area and a Smart Vent system. Gas is used for hot water and cooking.

We are looking for long-term tenants who will treat our home like their own. We expect that out tenants will tell us about any maintenance requirements or issues promptly, and in response, we will be proactive in addressing these.

Please be aware that tenants will be responsible for maintaining the section, include lawns. The lawn is large and sloped, and will take some effort to maintain. Please do not apply if you can not commit to this.

Pets will be considered on an individual basis.
