The entire property has LED lighting (so less electricity cost) this year we installed a brand new heat pump which compliments the existing HRV system. We also have a moisture barrier installed under the house so it is particularly dry, and therefore even easier to heat. There are vertical blinds and curtains on almost all windows so you can control your privacy and keep the heat in. Carpets were new three years ago and most walls were painted then. The kitchen and bathroom are both modern. The house itself is set back from the road with forests visible behind the single row of houses on the opposite side of the road and behind the house.
A real bonus is the sun soaked double garage (with extra ranch sliders and windows facing the backyard) as it is both carpeted and fully lined. Adjoining the garage is another toilet and shower. The area has been set up as a bonus rumpus room, an exercise / workout room or teenage/ man cave by previous tenants. Smokers don’t bother applying. We have family members with asthma and the whole property is strictly non-smoking.
