This can easily be utilised by a semi independant member of family or teenager wanting own space. This house is situated up steep driveway so may not be very suitable for small children; there is carpeted floors throughout except in kitchen and bathroom. The toilet is located in bathroom and there is a bath over shower cubicle plus wash basin, wall heater and extractor. Downstairs has painted walls only. Water is invoiced monthly in addition to rent. There are small lawns to maintain but these are the responsibility of tenant for all upkeep.
