Double bed, couch, small desk and wall unit available to furnish room if required. Single wardrobe built in and 3 power outlets in room.
Shared appliances: 2 heat pumps in the house, washing machine, dryer, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven.
We are not party students, we prefer to Netflix or play board games.
Pets ok, dogs depend on their nature around cats (we have 3 in the house) and how much they shed (allergies).
Prefer minimum tenancy of the end of the year but longer would be even better.
Rent includes power, internet (unlimited fibre), and Netflix in the common area.
Bond is two weeks rent.
