Bedroom 1 (Master): Queen bed.
Study (open mezzanine area above living): Single bed or can be configured as 2 Single beds or a King bed by request.
Bathroom 1 (Master ensuite): Shower, Separate corner Bath, Toilet & Vanity.

Downstairs:
Bedroom 2: King bed or split into Single + Single beds.
Sunroom: Single bed
Bathroom 2 (downstairs): Walk-in Shower, Toilet & Basin.

Resident custodians living in a neighbouring cottage will make your stay even more special by sharing their knowledge of the area, local walks & activities & the eco-friendly environment.

Weekly rate: $700 + utilities (power, water, gas and internet)
Linen not included.
Available for 6 months from 1 June 2021

There is no mobile coverage on the property but a landline will be provided for local calls.
Pets accepted on request. Please note that the property is not fully-fenced.
