We cannot remove all furniture for the term. House is as is.
Large garden. House is set within 32 acres of private property.

3 bedroom, 2 sets sheets for each bed provided

Fully furnished, Tv, washer, printer etc
Cleaner every other Saturday included on 1000 rate.

Small paddock negotiable for one horse only.
