The house is a duplex and therefore is attached to another town house. It is fully up to code, including insulation under the floor, above the ceiling and in the walls in the kitchen and bathroom (the rooms that have been renovated), plus a heat pump for warmth and cooling.
The bathroom has a shower over the bath, plus heater/extractor fan.
We have recently built a deck on the back with double doors from the living area looking out to a very private back yard.
It is the tenants responsibility to maintain the lawns and gardens.
