Beautiful, sunny one bedroom flat in Mt Victoria. This has been our home for 5 years and we have loved living here. Big, spacious bedroom upstairs with two double wardrobes and ensuite bathroom (with a heated towel rail), and lovely open plan lounge and kitchen downstairs. Both upstairs and downstairs have huge windows so both rooms get all day sun, and have a beautiful view over the city. The kitchen is a good size with ample storage, a good sized pantry and a fridge with an ice-maker.

There is a garden with your own washing line (which gets all the sun), an orange tree, and a herb garden that we have planted and cared for with sage, mint, parsley and rocket. Because it’s so sunny we have grown tomatoes and capsicums every year.

No pets, but there is a little black cat that lives around the area who would love to be your friend. Luigi/Bro/Slinky is well looked after by several of the neighbours, so if you love cats you can have all the cuddles and none of the responsibility of a pet! The landlord is awesome and super on-to-it with fixing/replacing anything right away - although in 5 years we haven't had many issues.

You will be a 7 minute walk from Moore Wilsons, cafes like Prefab and Laffare, and 15 minutes walk from Cuba Street. There are great restaurants (Capitol, Ortega, El Culo Del Mundo) literally 10 mins walk from your door, and Oriental Bay, New World and the Harbourside Market are all a short walk away. Also within walking distance of Massey.

Basically we love this house and don't want to leave, but have bought our first house so have to move on!
