We are offering our Barn for a short term rental from end of May to early December
We think our apartment may be suitable for a couple who are looking to move to Havelock North and maybe would like to come and rent here for 6 months
The Barn is on a quiet no exit road and feels rural but is only 3km from the centre of Havelock North
Our house is across the courtyard from The Barn but is completely separate

Important
Please note there is NO laundry at The Barn - nearest laundromat is 3.4 km away - next to the main supermarket
And the kitchen has a microwave and 2 elements- but does NOT have an oven -please note this (does have a dishwasher though)

This is an upstairs apartment and is not suitable for children
It is available for a maximum of 2 adults
We would need excellent references from both employers and character references too
