Available to short term or long term stays. Preferably a minimum lease of 6 months would be ideal but short term stays are negotiable for the right tenants/their situation. Suitable for a couple or singles. Would also suit people in between houses, building a house/doing renos or work accommodation.
Power and Wi-Fi Included in rent. (Over use of power additional at landlords discretion each month.) Outdoor garden and lawn maintenance looked after by the resort. Resort Rules apply for all tenants. Resort has 24/7 Security.
