We are looking for a new tenant to take over our lovely studio apartment on the Terrace. The apartment would ideally suit one person or a couple (professionals and students both welcome). It is extremely comfortable and located in a wonderful location, only a 5-minute walk from the Victoria University Kelburn campus and the CBD, and it is cat-friendly. It meets healthy homes standards with a washing machine, dryer, induction cooker, oven and a large fridge. It is very sunny and dry, and it opens up to a huge patio shared with the apartment beside (a friendly and respectful couple in their 30s). The apartment is available from the 24th of May. We are looking for someone to take over our current tenancy agreement until February 2026 (renewable).
